Present tense of the verb "be":
Infinitives in English are formed by placing the particle "to" before the verb. Thus, "to be" is an infinitive with the particle "to" before the verb "be". The infinitivoa in Castilian endings are formed with the ar, er, go. "To be" tantamount to (termination er), or be (ar termination).
Using the particle "not"
The word "not" is used in English to deny with verbs. It is generally placed immediately after the verb. In written English is very common to use "i am not" (use "not" as two separate words). However, in conversation, the verb and the particle "not" come together to form the contraction, which is used very often and almost without exception, the first person singular is the contraction "I'm not." The contraction of the third person singular is for example "she is not", will be "Is not she" and the second person plural and singular will, for example "you are not" changed to "you are not" .
